This overview of how customers use your B2B online store does not cover Legacy B2B.

Join a store

When you invite customers to your B2B online store, they receive an email with your store name and logo.

They can click Join now in the email to create an account and password for your B2B online store. Customers are then emailed a link to your B2B online store login page.

You can add a contact us form to your login page , so that potential customers can request to join your store. Each message will need a contact name, email, and successful ReCAPTCHA (to reduce spam).

Explore B2B

Customers can browse through the products you have on your B2B online store.

They can also use the menu to see their account details (My Account), Order History (including orders from other sales channels), or Upload a Bulk Order.

Purchase products

  1. When a customer clicks on a product, they can see the product pricing, recommended retail price (RRP), promotions, images, PDF attachment (if it has a PDF description), description, product options and available stock.

  2. They can then choose how many items to purchase with the plus sign or type a number.

  3. Clicking Go to Cart will add those items to the order and take the customer to the checkout.

Checkout

Checkout can be accessed by clicking on the cart icon. You can add or remove products in your cart.

In the checkout, your customers will add their details, delivery address, preferred delivery date, and any special instructions. They can also choose a freight option.

Select Place Order to complete the order. By default, customers can pay on account, which means they organize payment directly with you. However, you can connect a payment gateway to your B2B online store. This will allow customers to purchase products with a credit or debit card.
