A store can be set to use Stock Available or Stock on Hand quantities for Stock Display.

Include incoming stock

When Stock Available is selected, a store can be set to include All Incoming Stock, stock Within 7 Days of ETD, or stock Within 30 Days of ETD.

If no option is selected, incoming stock is excluded from Stock Levels.

Include open orders

An additional setting appears when Stock on Hand is selected. The setting allows you to include open orders Within 7 Days of ETD or orders Within 30 Days of ETD.

If no option is selected, open orders are excluded from Stock Levels.

Include virtual stock

A store can be set to count component items of bundled products in Stock Levels. Virtual stock must be added to the B2B online store to be included.

The Virtual Stock is calculated based on the Stock Available of the component items and not Stock on Hand.

A store can be set to show stock from All Branches or Selected Branches.

  • Products set as “Limited Stock” can be excluded.

Product settings

Display products

A store can be set to display All Active Products or Products by Channel.

If Products by Channel is selected, the store will display only products with your B2B online store selected under Classifications in Products.

Product search fields

By default, customers can search for products on a B2B store by product name and SKU.

Fields can be selected allowing customers to search by Brand, Description, Options, and Tags.

Recommended Retail Price (RRP)

Your B2B online store customers may sell your products in their retail business. You can recommend a retail price to help customers know a product's potential margin. This Recommended Retail Price (RRP) will show on the product overview and product detail in your B2B online store.

Select a price tier to show the Recommended Retail Price (RRP). The Recommended Retail Price (RRP) won't appear if:

  • The B2B online store customer uses a different currency in their price tier. For example, the RRP price tier is USD but the customer has a NZD price tier so the RRP won't show for that customer. We recommend creating a different B2B online store for each currency you support.

  • The RRP is lower than the product's price.

  • Do not show is selected.

For product options and alternative units of measure, the product summary shows only one Recommended Retail Price:

Product type RRP in the product summary
Product options The highest RRP in the product options.
Alternative units of measure (UOM) The RRP for the base unit.

In the product details, customers will see the RRP for each option or UOM.

UOM settings

Enable UOMs

A store can be set to display different pack sizes for products with different UOMs. However, UOMs aren't currently supported for sized products.

Hide base unit

This setting limits a store to display only the different pack sizes for products with different UOMs. The base SKU for those products will not display.

Only show UOMs with price

A store can be set to display a product's UOM options that have a price.
