Store details
Overview
You can change the information for your B2B online store. This includes the B2B online store name, subdomain, logos and banners, the email address used to contact customers, a contact us form for your login page and how categories display on your B2B online store.
You may need to setup your:
Open store details
Select Integrations from the left navigation and then select your B2B online store.
Select the cog icon to open Settings.
Click on the Store Details tab.
Change any of the settings below and then select Save Settings.
Store name
Your Store Name will appear on the B2B online store and in emails sent to customers via Cin7 Omni.
Custom domain
This is the store’s URL. It can be a subdomain of b2b.cin7.com or a subdomain of an existing website. For example, if your domain is “mybrand.com”, you can set your custom domain to “wholesale.mybrand.com”.
If your Legacy B2B store is still in use, do not use the same Custom Domain here.

Enter your details (we recommend using your Store Name) followed by b2b.cin7.com
For example,storename.b2b.cin7.com
Custom subdomain for an existing website
Go to your domain provider’s portal and follow the instructions for creating a subdomain.
Create aCanonical Name (CNAME) record for the subdomain.
Point the subdomain toc7-pr-glob-b2b-fd-01.azurefd.net
In Cin7 Omni, add the subdomain in the Custom Domain field.
Submit a ticket with Cin7 Omni customer support with your Store Name and custom subdomain to create a SSL certificate.You will be notified when the certificate is created.
Upload logo
Choose your logo that will display on the store website and in emails sent to customers. Your image name will need to be alphanumeric and have no spaces.
The logo must be:
a JPG, JPEG, or PNG
At least 250 x 250 pixels
Less than 3 MB
Upload login banner
This sets the image that customers see on the B2B store login page.
The banner must be:
a .jpg or .png
at least 1000 x 1000 pixels
Less than 3 MB
The image name needs to be alphanumeric and have no spaces.
The banner may not display in full in all screen sizes. For smaller screens, the center of the image will be displayed (see image below).
From email address
Add an email address to send B2B emails to your customers.
Contact Cin7 Omni support to authenticate your email domain. If your email is not authenticated, B2B emails will be sent from mail@cin7online.com but your customer can reply to the email address in the From Email Address field.
If left blank, all emails will be sent from mail@cin7online.com. You will not be able to access any replies to mail@cin7online.com from your customers.
Contact us form
You can add a contact us form to your B2B online store login page. Anyone can use this form to contact you, for example, to ask if they can become a customer. Customers can add their personal details and a message for you.
You can also set up a contact us page for existing customers with your contact details.
Set up the contact us form
Select the Display Contact Us Form checkbox to show the Contact Us form on your login page.
Add an email address as the Contact Email Address. This email will receive all of the messages sent through the contact us form. You can reply to the email to get in touch with the person directly.
Click Save Settings.
Dynamic categories
When Dynamic Categories is enabled, B2B categories without products available to the current visitor will be hidden from the navigation. When Dynamic Categories is disabled, B2B categories without products available to the current visitor will remain visible.
FAQs
Can a store’s domain name be changed?
A domain name can be changed at any time. However, customers must be notified about the change to ensure they can navigate to the new URL. Customers continue to use the same email address and password to log in.
