Connect payment portal to a B2B online store

Overview

Your customers can buy products through your B2B online store through the Cin7 Omni payment portal.
When your customer selects pay online when checking out, they can pay the total amount or a deposit with a credit or debit card. All card details are sent to your connected payment gateway. Cin7 Omni does not save any card information.

Legacy B2B stores have different steps for connecting the payment portal.

Cin7 Omni charges a transaction fee for every payment using the payment portal. You can offset those costs by adding a surcharge for your customers.

Setup payment portal with B2B

When setup, your customers can buy products on your B2B online store with a credit or debit card. You will need to connect a payment gateway.

  1. Select Integrations in the left navigation, then select your B2B Online Store.

  2. Click on the cog icon in the top right of your screen to open Settings.

  3. Click Checkout Settings.

  4. Under Payment Methods, tick the Payment Portal checkbox.

  5. Click Save Settings.

  6. Test your B2B payment portal setup.
