We recommend testing your payment portal after:
Integrating your B2B online store (or Legacy) with payment portal
When testing your payment portal, make payments less than 4 in any currency to avoid any fees from Cin7 Omni. Additional fees may be charged by your payment gateway provider, merchant payment service, bank, or other entities involved in processing the payment.
Test the payment portal
Test the payment portal after connecting your payment gateway, adding a surcharge or changing the payment settings.
Create a sales order or a quote.
Click on Save to Admin.
Select Pay Now or Accept Now.
The payment portal will open, choose the Enter amount option.
Add an amount less than 4 to avoid any Cin7 Omni transaction charges. Additional fees may be charged by your payment gateway provider, merchant payment service, bank, or other entities involved in processing the payment.
Click Continue and add your card details.
Click Pay Now. Your payment is successful if you see the payment confirmation page.
Test payment buttons
Test the payment buttons for invoices and quotes and that payment is successfully in payment portal.
Create an invoice or a quote.
Email the invoice or quote to your test email address (make sure to choose the email template with the payment button).
Click the Pay Now or Accept Now button in your email.
Choose the Enter amount option.

Click Continue and add your card details.
Click Pay Now. Your payment is successful if you see the payment confirmation page.
Test B2B online store with payment portal
Choose a product and then checkout.
Choose Pay Online.
Click Continue and add your card details.
Click Pay Now.
If you purchase a product over 4 in any currency you will be charged a Cin7 Omni transaction fee. Additional fees may be charged by your payment gateway provider, merchant payment service, bank, or other entities involved in processing the payment.Your payment is successful if you see the payment confirmation page.
In Cin7 Omni, click on Sales in the left navigation and then Sales Orders.
Check that the B2B order is there and has the correct payment details.
