Select
Integrations in the navigation.
Select your Shiptheory integration.
Select Settings.
Click Sync Carriers.
A list will appear with all of your carriers. Add the Instance Name. This is to help you identify the carrier instance in WMS, it is not related to any Shiptheory names.
Add the Increment ID for each carrier instance. You can find your Increment ID on the carrier's configuration in Shiptheory.
Repeat for all carrier instances then click Save Settings.
If your carrier details change in Shiptheory, you will need to Sync Carriers again. After you have synced your carriers, you can also delete any instances that you no longer use.
You can then set up your Shiptheory in WMS.
Open the Warehouse Management settings.
Select Packing.
Choose Shiptheory in the Shipping Integration dropdown.
-
Choose whether you want to Show Delivery Services.
