Requires an Amazon Seller integration and Amazon Business account.

Amazon Business orders

Cin7 Omni downloads Amazon Business orders through Amazon Seller. The Amazon Business PO number (if it was provided during checkout) will show in the Customer PO No field in the Cin7 Omni sales order.

PO numbers on shipping labels

All Amazon Business orders must have the PO number printed on shipping labels. Cin7 Omni sends the Customer PO No to shipping integrations (in the delivery instructions).

Business hour delivery rate (BHDR)

Amazon Business has partnered with a range of carriers (Fedex, UPS, and USPS) to ensure customers receive their orders. These carriers try to deliver the order on their first attempt and within business hours.

Amazon Business tracks how many orders you successfully delivered within business hours (and on the first attempt) in a 30-day period. This becomes your Business Hour Delivery Rate (BHDR).

To avoid impacting your Amazon BHDR, Cin7 Omni will warn:

  • If your expected delivery date occurs on a Saturday or Sunday.

  • If you don't select an Amazon Business carrier and they deliver on a weekend.

  • If the selected shipping service is a residential service.

The expected delivery date is today's date + Carrier & Service delivery window.

You can see this warning in WMS if you use ShipStation, Shiptheory, or Starshipit shipping integrations. If you use ShipStation fees in sales orders, you will see the BHDR warning in the sales order.
