Connect your Cin7 Omni account with Zalora Marketplace to allow seamless order processing and inventory synchronization.

Zalora  is "the largest online fashion retailer in Southeast Asia. Sporting over 500 brands and thousands of products."

Zalora serves markets in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Brunei.
Integrating Cin7 Omni with The Zalora will allow you to:

  • Download Sales Orders

  • Update stock levels

  • Update order status

  • Download customers

  • Download returns

Our integration has multiple settings that allow for detailed control of how Cin7 Omni interacts with Zalora.

Downloading Orders is a key function of the integration. Downloading Orders allows you to easily dispatch orders from within Cin7 Omni. See Downloading Orders from Zalora for more information.

Stock levels can also be updated to Zalora. To do this, the products must exist in both Cin7 Omni and Zalora and their codes/SKUs must match. For more information see Updating Stock Levels in Zalora.

It is also possible to update the status of orders in Zalora from Cin7 Omni. Please see Updating Order Status in Zalora.

FAQs

Is it possible to create products in Cin7 Omni and push them to Zalora?

Unfortunately this is not possible due to the way that products are stored in Zalora and Cin7 Omni.

I cannot see the Zalora module under the Integrations menu.

In some cases, after adding the app, you will need to click the Refresh button at the bottom of the left navigation menu before the module will appear.
