Upload products to Neto
Overview
Cin7 Omni can upload product information into Neto. As Neto has more fields than Cin7 Omni, after uploading you'll need to add in additional information into Neto, such as SEO information.
There are a few prerequisites for products to be uploaded
The product has not already been matched to an existing product in Neto.
The product has the Neto channel ticked in its product details page.
It is recommended that if products already exist in Neto, you first download and map products. This will avoid creating duplicate products in Neto. See the Downloading Products from Neto Help article for additional information.
Upload products
By default Update Products is switched off; to switch it on:
Select Integrations the left navigation then select Neto.
Select Settings.
Check Enable Upload Products.
At the bottom of this page, select Save Settings.
To upload products:
Select Integrations the left navigation, then select Neto.
From the Product Status tile, select Upload Products.
Select Upload Products.
This will upload all products in the list below. To download these products into a spreadsheet, select Download Products.
To filter this list, search for products below. Selecting Upload Products when the list is filtered will only upload the products shown in the list.When products are uploaded from Cin7 Omni to Neto, the products uploaded are "active" on Neto.
FAQs
I have changed product details in Cin7 Omni, can I upload this change to Neto?
Cin7 Omni can only upload products to Neto once; changes thereafter will have to be made manually in both systems.
