Upload prices to Neto

Overview

Find out how prices are uploaded to Neto.

The success of your business is underpinned by competitive, profitable prices.

When you upload or download products between Cin7 Omni and Neto, those products’ prices are uploaded and downloaded too. But, to ensure Neto stays in sync when your products’ prices change, you need to upload new prices to Neto.

How prices upload

In Omni, a product’s price is set at the level of the option (including size options and units of measure (UOMs)), and each option has several prices (or price tiers).

Which price is uploaded is determined by your Neto integration’s Price Tier settings. Where that price is uploaded is determined by whether the Omni product has only the default option or more.

  • When you upload the price of an Omni product with only the default option, the price of that option at the selected Price Tier will become the Neto product's RRP.

  • When you upload the price of an Omni product with multiple options, the price of each option at the select Price Tier will become the RRP of the Neto product's matching variation.

Upload prices

To upload prices to Neto, you must have enabled Products > Update Pricing and chosen a Price Tier in your Neto integration settings.

Then you can upload prices:

  1. Log in to Cin7 Omni.

  2. From the Integrations menu in the navigation, open your Neto integration.

  3. On the Product Activity tile, select Update Recent Modified Pricing. You’ll see a list of all products with new prices. If you want to upload new prices for only a subset of products, use the search box to filter the list. Only prices of products in the list will be uploaded.

  4. Select Update Recently Modified Pricing.

Prices are also uploaded when you upload new products  too. Prices are never uploaded automatically.
