Overview
Thank you for choosing Cin7 Omni to manage all of your inventory needs. There are a few things we recommend to improve your experience.
Technical requirements
Cin7 Omni is supported and tested only on Google Chrome. You may experience unexpected behavior on other web browsers. We may not fix any issues regarding performance issues with other browsers.
We recommend using Cin7 Omni on Google Chrome.
Some Cin7 Omni apps (B2B, POS, WMS) can be used with a tablet. However, we recommend using a desktop for most of Cin7 Omni. WMS and POS are only supported on Google Chrome, but our B2B online stores support a range of other web browsers.

You can login to Cin7 Omni from https://go.cin7.com/Cloud/
Your company may have enabled two-factor authentication.
Once you are logged in, the Cin7 Omni dashboard will appear. You may have a custom dashboard that looks different.
You can stay logged into Cin7 Omni for up to an hour of inactivity.

Provide as much detail as you can, including screenshots. For more complex cases or when you cannot run your business because of the issue, we may request a Zoom call so that we can screen share, troubleshoot and get you back up and running as swiftly as possible.
In an effort to enhance our responsiveness, we no longer have inbound phone support. This allows us to focus on providing improved customer service through Cin7 Help Center.
