Fashion products
Overview
Fashion products have both colors and sizes. Instead of creating multiple products for each variation, you can create one product with multiple colors and sizes.
This saves time when entering data into the system; fashion products appear in the color/size grid or line sheet format when creating Purchase and Sales Orders for your customers.
Before you can create fashion products, you will need to set up your account and then create a size range. You can also bundles sizes together into a pack that you can sell as a set.
Setup for fashion products
-
While logged in as an Administrator, select your username in the top right and then select Settings.
-
From the Products menu, select Product Settings.
-
From the Industry drop-down, select Fashion. Then select Save from the bottom of the page.
Size ranges
Before you can create a fashion product, you will need to create a Size Range. Size Range lists different sizes for your products. You will need Administrator Rights to create a Size Range.
Cin7 Omni does not support special characters in the size range name or code.
-
Select your username in the top right and then select Settings.
From the Product menu, select SKU / Size Ranges.
This will take you to a list of current size ranges. Select Add New.
Add a Name for your Size Range.
Add Sizes as the Label for your Size Range.
In the Options field, add your different sizes with each size on a new line. You should add all of the sizes that your product could be.
For example, if you have small, medium and large t-shirts, you would add:
S
M
LClick Insert. You can now use those sizes when you create a fashion product.
Size ranges can't be edited (for example, you can't add an extra size). You will need to create a new size range if you want to change the sizes or details.
Create a fashion product
Once you have setup your account and created a size range, you can create your fashion product.
From the left navigation, select Products.

-
Under Size Grid at the bottom of the page, choose your size range.

FAQs
Can I search by size codes in the Products module?
Unfortunately, the Products module isn't capable of searching by the size code of a product. You will have to search for your product, based on its Style Code or Product Code
Why is the size-grid not displaying when I enter an order in a Sales Order?
Your SKU Range has most likely been setup incorrectly. The value that should go into the label field should always be "Sizes". Once that has been corrected and saved you will be able to see the size-grid pop up after entering a product name/code. To access the SKU Range settings simply navigate to the settings, click on Products setting and select SKU / Size Ranges.
