Dispatch an outward branch transfer with Pick 'n' Pack

Overview
The Pick 'n' Pack app can dispatch Branch Transfers. Dispatching a Branch Transfer will move stock from SOH in the 'from' branch into holding stock.
To dispatch a branch transfer:
Select the transfer you would like to pick from the transfers page, either a single transfer or multiple transfers.
Picking the items in the selected transfers from the Pick Page.

You will need to have your Pick 'n' Pack set up first.
Dispatch branch transfers
Before you begin, ensure that you have done the following things:
Select the correct branch from the top right of the screen.
Click Sync to make sure everything is up to date.
Type is set to Outward Branch Transfers. You will need to have an open branch transfer from that branch before you can select this option.
Select branch transfer to pick

Set the Picking dropdown to One Order At A Time.

From the Open tab, click the checkbox beside the transfer(s) you would like to pick.
To select multiple transfers to pick:
Set the Picking dropdown to Multiple Orders
From the Open tab, click the checkboxes beside each transfer that you would like to pick.
Click View Products to Pick and proceed to pick the items.
Pick items
Items can be picked by either scanning them with a barcode scanner or entering the quantity as you go.
Clicking on the product will cause a window to pop up where you can manually enter the quantity picked. Manual entry also allows you to click All to enter the entire quantity in a single click.
Locate a product.
Scan each item or manually enter the quantity you have picked.
Repeat for each product in the transfer/s.
Once you have picked all of the items, proceed to Complete Transfers.
Clicking on a product will reveal any recent location information to make locating the items easier - see Static Bin Locations.
Complete transfers
After picking has been completed, click Back to Transfers List.
Click on each transfer and update its tracking code to complete the transfer.

There are several filters that can be used to refine the transfers that appear in your app.
Type
The type of transactions to display.
Picking
Picking a single transfer or multiple transfers simultaneously.
Time
Display transfers based on the time that the transfer was made.
Stock
Stock Available To Partially Complete Transfer |
Transfers where only some items from a transfer can be picked. |
Stock Available To Complete Transfer |
All stock is available for items transferred. |
Transfers With Stock Received In Last 48 hours |
Transfers have items that have been received within the last 48 hours from a purchase transfer. This is good for seasonal transfers. |

Search a specific transfer by its reference number.
Pick page filter
Details
Automatically open the manual entry popup window for large quantities of items. This enables you to click All for large quantity transfers, eliminating the need to scan many individual items.
