Set up Pick 'n' Pack
Pick 'n' Pack uses technology that is no longer supported or compatible with the Cin7 Omni platform.
Cin7 Omni no longer provides, for Pick 'n' Pack:

security updates
bug fixes
other forms of assistance and support for the product
We recommend migrating to the Warehouse Management (WMS).
Overview
The Pick 'n' Pack app works in the browser, offline or online. Before you can start using it you need to do some small setup tasks. This enables the Pick 'n' Pack to work offline.
Find your App ID and App Key
The first thing to do is find your server details and password.

While logged in as an Administrator, click your username in the top right and then select Settings.

From the Stock Management menu, select Pick 'n' Pack Stock Server Details.

Note your App ID and App Key found at the top of the next screen.
Set up the Pick 'n' Pack

While logged into Cin7 Omni, from the left navigation, click Stock, then select Pick 'n' Pack.
This will open the Pick 'n' Pack in a new tab.Bookmarking the Pick 'n' Pack
The link to the Pick 'n' Pack will never change, so you may wish to bookmark it. This means other users will not need to log in to Cin7 Omni to access the Pick 'n' Pack in the future.
If the Pick 'n' Pack has never been set up before, you will be presented with two fields

Enter the App ID and App Key that you noted earlier and select Save.
The Pick 'n' Pack will begin syncing with your Cin7 Omni account.
Once synced, you will be taken to the standard login screen which has two fields, for username and password.
Pick 'n' Pack login
In the login screen, enter the first part of the email address associated with your account; (i.e., for "john@example.com", just enter "john").
Enter the password for your account.

Select Login or press the enter key.

Do all users of the Pick 'n' Pack have to have a user account?
Yes. Every user must have a user account and email address to enter the Pick 'n' Pack.
