Two-factor authentication (2FA), verification code, and device issues
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is required to log in to Cin7 Omni. With 2FA, you must generate verification codes with your authenticator app to log in.
If your verification code doesn’t work, try these troubleshooting steps:
-
Reset time synchronization on your device and authenticator app:
Android: Go to your date and time settings and turn on automatic date and time. If it's on, turn it off and on again.
iOS: Go to your date and time settings and turn on automatic date and time. If it's on, turn it off and on again.
Authenticator app: If your authenticator app has an automatic date and time setting, ensure it's turned on. If it's on, turn it off and on again.
Restart your device and retry logging in. If your verification code still doesn't work, continue.
Restart your device and retry logging in.
Errors and other issues
If you receive an error or can’t log in for unknown reasons, first check the status of Cin7 Omni for outages. If there’s an outage, wait until the outage ends to log in.
If there’s no outage, try clearing your browser’s cache. If the issue persists, reset two-factor authentication (2FA).
Please contact Cin7 Omni Support if the issue persists.
