Overview

Find out how to use Ship in Store to dispatch sales orders from other branches via POS.

Ship in Store allows you to dispatch sales orders from other branches via POS.

Once you’ve enabled Collect in Store and Ship in Storein your POS settings, you’ll see the Ship in Store feature in the navigation of POS. There you’ll see a list of sales orders from other branches with the current POS branch as the selected Distribution Branch, which you can then dispatch via Pick ‘n’ Pack.

Keep in mind you can only use Ship in Store to dispatch sales orders created within the last three days, and you can’t create an invoice, collect payment, or print a receipt.

  1. Log in to POS.

  2. From the navigation, select Ship in Store. You’ll see a list of sales orders from other branches you can dispatch.

  3. Select Pick ‘n’ Pack. Pick ‘n’ Pack will open.

  4. Now dispatch the sales orders via Pick ‘n’ Pack.
