Set up Neto

Overview

Find out how to install, connect, and configure a WooCommerce integration.

Install Neto

  1. Log in to Cin7 Omni as an administrator.

  2. From the navigation, open the App Store.

  3. Open the Ecommerce tab.

  4. Select Neto.

  5. Select Request App Installation.

  6. Give your integration a short, descriptive name.

  7. Select Install.

Once your request has been approved, you’ll find your Neto integration in the Integrations menu in the navigation.

Connect Neto

Before connecting your Neto integration, get your Neto API key:

  1. Log in to Neto.

  2. From the navigation, open Settings & Tools > All Settings & Tools.

  3. Under Developer Tools, open API Settings.

  4. By API Key, select Regenerate.

  5. Copy your API Key.

  6. Click Save Changes.

Now connect your Neto integratoin:

  1. Log in to Cin7 Omni.

  2. From the Integrations menu in the navigation, open your Neto integration.

  3. Open Settings.

  4. Open the Connect tab.

  5. In Shop Host URL, enter your webstore's URL without "https://" .

  6. In API Key, paste your API key.

  7. Click Save Connection Settings.

To confirm you’ve connected your integration, select Back to Dashboard and then Test Connection. If you see a green banner, you’ve successfully connected. Else you’ve failed to connect. Try connecting again or contact support.
