Set up Neto
Overview
You can connect your Neto and Cin7 Omni accounts together.
Neto API key
Before you can connect Neto to your Cin7 Omni account, you must first obtain an API Key from Neto.
Login to your Neto account.
From the Dashboard, select Setup & Tools, and then select All Settings & Tools.
Select Developer Tools.
Select API Settings.
Select Regenerate to create a new API Key.
Copy the API Key, as you will need this shortly.
Select Save Changes.
Add Neto to your Cin7 Omni
Once you have retrieved this information, you will need to add the Neto module to your Cin7 Omni account.
Select Integrations from the left Navigation and then select App Store.
Under the Ecommerce category, select Neto.
Enter a name or code to identify this Neto connection (e.g., "MyStore1" or "US").
Select Request App Installation.
The Cin7 Omni Customer Success team will receive the request and get back in touch.
Connect the two accounts
Next, connect the two accounts using the details obtained earlier.
Log in to Cin7 Omni using your Administrator account.
Select Integrations from the left Navigation and then select your Neto store.
Select Settings on the top right.
Select Connect on the left.
Enter your Neto Host Name address.
Make sure to remove the https:// part of the URL
Enter the API Key that you retrieved earlier.
Select Save Connection Settings to connect Cin7 Omni to the app.
On your Neto dashboard in Cin7 Omni, select the Test Connection button to test the connection.
FAQs
I've added the Neto module but can't find it in the left navigation?
Try selecting the Sync button to manually refresh Cin7 Omni; the app should appear shortly thereafter.
