Amazon Seller dashboard
Overview
The Amazon Seller dashboard contains a collection of tiles that display useful information and provide links to key actions. There is also a link to the Settings menu on the top right of the dashboard.
Dashboard tiles
Order Activity
This tile displays the number of recent orders and the date that orders were last downloaded. Selecting on Download Orders will download orders from Amazon Seller - see Downloading Orders from Amazon Seller for more information.
Selecting View Mapped Orders displays a list of orders downloaded. You can search by Cin7 Omni order reference or the external Id of the order to filter the results.
Order Status
This tile shows the date that orders were last updated, along with the number of orders downloaded today and in the last seven days. Select Order Status Errors to view a list of errors returned when attempting to update order status. Selecting on Update Dispatched Orders will update recently completed orders to Amazon Seller.
Stock Activity
This tile highlights popular products that are low in stock and may need to be reordered. It also displays any errors returned when attempting to update stock. Selecting the title under either of these displays will display the complete list.
Stock Update Status
The date that stock was last updated is displayed, along with the number of stock items that have been updated today and updated within the last seven days. At the bottom of the tile, there are links to update stock to Amazon Seller - see Updating Stock Levels in Amazon Seller.
Product Activity
Here you can see which order lines have products that have not been mapped, and which products exist in Amazon Seller but not in Cin7 Omni. Selecting the title under either of these displays will display the complete list.
Products Status
This tile shows the date that products were last downloaded. It also displays the number of products in both Amazon Seller and Cin7 Omni. Selecting Download Products will allow you to import products from Amazon Seller to Cin7 Omni - see Downloading Products from Amazon Seller. Selecting View Mapped Products will display a list of products mapped between Cin7 Omni and Amazon Seller. From this page you can also view the ASIN and custom mapped codes, and view or toggle whether a product is fulfilled by Merchant or by Amazon.
