Waiting for customers to pay their invoices is one of the most stressful things business owners must endure. You can reduce the stress by giving your clients the option to pay upfront.

With Cin7 Omni’s Payment Portal, your customers can pay at the time they accept a quote. Faster payments mean better cash flow to pay your bills, and less scrambling around and extending your credit to cover your expenses as you wait for your customers to pay you. Additionally, our workflow automation guarantees a significant reduction in operational costs and moves you toward PCI-compliance, the industry standard for the secure handling of credit card information.

Automate your quote acceptance

Small businesses often use sales quotes to win over customers. When you create a quote in Cin7 Omni and email it to your customer with an Accept Now button, you allow that customer to accept the quote and make the payment immediately.

The more convenient, easy ways you give your customers to pay you, the less time you’ll spend chasing them up. With Cin7 Omni’s Payment Portal, you give your customer options to:

  • Accept the quote right away by selecting the Accept Now button in the email

  • Save a digital copy of the quote, and accept it later by selecting the Accept Now button in the PDF version of the invoice

  • Print a hard copy of the quote, and accept it later by following the instructions on the printed quote.

 

When your customer accepts a quote Cin7 Omni redirects them to our PCI-compliant, SSL protected Payment Portal. There, they can either select Accept and Pay Now or Accept and Pay Later. Also, our Payment Portal is fully responsive, scaling perfectly to any computer, tablet or smartphone screen.

If your customer wishes to pay right away, they have the flexibility to make a deposit or pay in full as per their negotiated payment terms. Once a payment is received:

  • Cin7 Omni emails a receipt to your customer and to internal staff. You control who in your organization receives these receipts (ie, accounts receivable) so they can work on the next step in the process.

  • Converts the quote to a sales order, recording any payments already made. You can also determine the stage to which the sales order proceeds (Build, Ship or Dropship),

  • Lets you import the payments to Xero, making it super easy for your accounts team to reconcile payments

The icing on the cake for you is that you can insert a customized banner to market your products and special offers to your customers, resulting in increased sales.
