Customize document templates

Customize document templates

Overview

Cin7 Omni contains a number of customizable templates for common documents including Purchase Order, Credit Note, and Packing Slip document.

You have two options when it comes to documents:

  1. Configure your document template using the settings (detailed below here).

  2. Customize your document using the WYSIWYG editor.

The former is faster and easier to use, while the latter affords a greater amount of control over the appearance of the documents.

Administrator rights required

Edit a document template

  1. Select your username in the top right and then select Settings.

  2. Under Setup, select Document Templates.

  3. Select Design next to the template you would like to edit.

Once you have made the changes, select Save to save any changes.
