What does Cin7 Pay cost?
Cin7 Pay offers transparent, competitive pricing per transaction, determined by the payment method and total amount. All fees are deducted from your payouts.

Cin7 Pay uses Stripe, so required information is based on Stripe’s requirements and may vary by country and business type.

No, Cin7 Pay does not require a float or minimum balance.
Can I use Cin7 Pay without Cin7 Omni?
No, as an embedded payment processor, Cin7 Pay is only available with Cin7 Omni. If you cancel your Cin7 Omni subscription, you would maintain access to Cin7 Pay only until all payments and payouts are complete.
Is Stripe PCI compliant and are my payments secure?
Yes, Stripe is a compliant PCI Level 1 Service Provider and belongs to the PCI Board of Advisors. Payments are protected with AES encryption and processed on isolated infrastructure.
How do I get support from Stripe?
For help with a Cin7 Pay payment, contact Stripe. Quote the payment reference.
Can I activate saved payment methods without accepting the terms and conditions?
No, you cannot activate saved payment methods without accepting the terms and conditions.
Is customer consent required to save payment methods?
Yes, your customers must give you consent to save their payment method. They give consent by selecting Save payment details for future purchases at the checkout.
What if I deactivate saved payment methods while a customer is checking out?
If you deactivate saved payment methods while a customer is checking out, they will receive an error when trying to save a payment method or use one.
