Credit Note CRN - add option/button to NOT return all to stock - ie Credit $ Value only

We have many Shopify & Iconic Marketplace COM returns to approve. The stock is not returned to our 3PL thus we need to zero line by line every sku. Similarly some wholesale customers require large credits for write offs. 

Thus adding a button or option to credit value only - ie not return stock will save huge amounts of repetitive data entry.
