Restrict Inactive customers displaying on CRM Dropdown
Currently, it is not possible to restrict the display of inactive customers in the search list within the CRM. Is it possible to either flag it as inactive
When it does display, just like in Xero, so you can tell the difference between customer contacts. Or at least have a toggle on off feature to choose whether to display or not.
See contact for Batman - I have turned this contact off. But it still appears within my search in the second image.
