New Feature Request: Shipping Cost Field & Add to Report

Hi, Could you please add two custom fields to Sales Orders? can be added to the right of ‘Campaign Code’ custom field.

1) Field name: ‘Delivery Cost’ / Format: numerical field (2 decimal places with 1000 (,) separator) to Sales orders

2) Field Name: ‘Currency’ / Format: Drop down with following options ‘AUD, USD, EUR, GBP, NZD, BLANK’
