Bulk upload of custom pricing in Sales Order
We’d like to request a feature enhancement to make it easier to handle large Sales Orders with custom pricing.
We regularly need to upload 400–500 line items to a single Sales Order, but our item prices for this customer are not consistent, so we can’t rely on standard tiered pricing. It would be extremely helpful if we could bulk import line items with custom prices directly into a Sales Order.
At the moment, the only way to avoid editing every line manually is to update a custom Tiered Pricing level for this customer in the Products module before creating the order, then use that tier on the Sales Order. Each time the pricing changes, we have to repeat this process product by product, which is very time‑consuming.
Allowing custom pricing to be imported with the Sales Order (rather than maintained first in Products) would significantly reduce admin time and the risk of pricing errors on large, complex orders.

Hi Liza,
If you are using the Bulk Load Products" function in the “New SO” page, you are right; You are unable to enter the Unit Price.
Have you tried the “Import Sales Order” function? It does allow for you to enter "Unit Price" from your CSV file.

Thanks Chris! This is a good option for us to explore. It may work for our SO with less than 500 line items.

As a workaround for orders with more than 500 lines, you can import them with 2 different Order references and then merge them.
