Xero integration dashboard with more customer identifying details Answered
We would like to request more customer identifying details in the Xero dashboard when pushing our Cin7 sales invoices across to Xero. We find it time consuming to cross reference our Xero contact list when:
1. We have multiple profiles with similar names
2. A profile is available in Xero but we need to verify a mobile or email address to ensure we are linking to the right profile.

Thanks for raising this, it’s a really great feedback.
Having a clear, unique identifier and more customer details on the Omni Xero Dashboard side would make the sync a lot easier, especially when there are similar names or multiple profiles to choose from. Being able to quickly check something like an email or mobile number would definitely save time and reduce guesswork.
