Secondary search option when linking customer profiles to Xero Answered

We are hoping for a secondary search option when linking customer profiles to Xero. This is particularly relevant when we have multiple names that are very similar. The feature would give us more confidence when linking profiles and avoid us having to check the profile in the Xero contacts and Cin7 CRM to ensure they match before linking in the Cin7 Omni rec screen. 

We think displaying a phone number or email address would be helpful and would reduce the time it takes to push invoices across to xero.

    Thanks Lisa for the feedback and great idea. Having multiple search criteria would definitely make linking customer contacts to Xero/QBO easier and accurate, especially when names are very similar. Once we display the email address as a column in the customer contact list on Xero / QBO Dashboard, we should be able to support additional search criteria on Xero’s side as well. I will log both of your feedback as an accounting enhancement / improvement request. At the moment I don’t have an ETA, as our work items for Q1 are already planned, but I’ll make sure this is raised during our Q2 planning. Thanks again for the suggestion!

    Thank you so much Amjad. I really appreciate your quick and professional response. Thanks so much for listening and continuing to improve the system. It's a feature we have been thinking about since we made the move to Cin7 so I can't wait to see if it comes to fruition! Lisa
