I agree - this would be helpful if you need to view customer information quickly.
You can add detail into the Notes field in the CRM that draw through to the transaction screens in Internal Notes if you need to view info quickly, like if you need to know if they get free freight over a certain purchase amount etc, or specific delivery information. That can be really helpful at a glance.
