If you perform a standard exchange in Shopify, Cin7 ignores it.  The stock changes are not being reflected, and the inventory ends up being incorrect.

    The Shopify API has made this problematic for a long time. We experienced this with Cin7 and Netsuite. The integration log can show you what orders might need reimporting.

    Hi Dallis

    My action log in cin7 doesn't show any error.  Cin7 just isn't reading exchange at all to even attempt to bring it through.  (exchange from Shopify POS system).  If they do a credit note and then use the credit note that works but the process is more long winded for the staff

    I would agree that separate transactions seem to be the best given how challenging these are.

    Also, just checked our recent sales and same issue.

    Items purchased, customer returns and brings back one item while purchasing one new. Return is credited, new item is simply missing from Cin7 records.
