Add Sales Ref to Credit Note Search field options
Add Sales Ref to Credit Note Search field options
CN isued by Shopify or within the SO Admin automatically reference the original SO# in this field - Summary view -field is called “Ref”
SO Detail field is called “Sales Reference”
Can we add this field to Additional Search Fields - current optins are:
Project Name 3PL Status
Channel Sales Agent
Batch-Serial No Special Notes
EDI Status Tracking URL
Carton No

Hi Kate,
Are you referring to the "Sales Ref" to be searchable in CN list page?
If yes, it is currently searchable in the top search box. If it does not work for you, reach out to Cin7 support, as it is a simple customization.
