Purchase Orders auto-update to "Paid" using QBO information Answered
It would be a great feature add to have Purchase Orders that show "Paid" within QBO - have that information imported back into Cin7, much like what already happens with Sales Orders when they are paid within QBO. It is currently a manual update to add payment information to the PO.

This feature would be helpful not only for accounting, but for the sourcing team to see if which inventory has been prepaid or is awaiting payment.

This is currently a feature request, and we appreciate you highlighting how it would improve your workflow. While Sales Order payments sync automatically from QBO to Cin7, syncing payments for purchase order is not supported at this time.
We understand your interest in having paid Purchase Orders in QBO sync back into Cin7 automatically, tagging the same as ‘Paid in QBO’. This behavior has been raised as a feature request and is currently part of our product backlog.
Unfortunately, we cannot commit to a timeline for reviewing or implementing this feature, as our product roadmap is based on strategic priorities, customer impact, and development effort. As a product team, we regularly review feature requests, and we'll be tracking how many other customers express interest in this enhancement.
In the meantime, we recommend continuing with the manual update process for Purchase Orders within Cin7. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we explore potential improvements.
