Bulk print allocated Sales Orders from a PO

Sean Birkbeck

It would be an awesome feature if you were able to Bulk print all sales orders that are allocated to a Purchase Order.

This would make it very easy to put aside stock that is already pre sold when a PO arrives.

Right now it seems there is no simple way of doing this and you pretty much have to do 1 by 1.

    Hi Sean,

Sharon here from Beyond Expectations a Partner of Cin7.

Have you thought about using the “Bulk Print Pick Slips” function under actions in Sales orders? You can filter your sales that you want the pick slips for then select on the left and do a full page at a time.

You are right there is no functionality to link the sales back to the purchase order, but you could use the ETD dates, stages or project name to tag these so when stock arrives they're easier to filter on the Sales Order page potentially.

    Hope that's of some help

    Hey Sean,

It may be possible with a small customization from the Cin7 support team. In the PO, are the items linked/allocated to the SO (in Transaction links column) like below?

If yes, then Cin7 can add a search field like below in the SO module, where you can enter the PO number, and it will list all the SOs it is associated with. Once you have the list, you can Bulk print all the SO's.

The example below is the opposite. In the PO module, where we are searching for linked SOs.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
