Is it possible for the CRM to have ‘read only’ access? We have certain staff members that need to view customers information in the CRM but we don't want them to have the ability to create/edit/delete customer information.

    Hi Kelly,

    Full Read-only permission is not currently available, but most fields can be made Read-only for “Standard Users”. You can find it in the CRM settings. 

    It is not exactly what you are asking, but it's the closest answer to your request until Cin7 introduces a “read-only” access.
