Create a setting for 'Read only' for the CRM!
I was wondering if its possible for the CRM to have a ‘read only’ access. There are certain staff members that need to view customers information in the CRM but we don't want them to have the ability to create/edit/delete customer information. Is this at all possible?

This would be a great feature. Good for enhancing and creating more efficient controls on supplier and customer master data management.

Full Read-only permission is not currently available, but most fields can be made Read-only. You can find it in the CRM settings.
