Allow double quotes to be submitted to product name and description fields via the products API endpoint

Currently if I try to update a product name which contains a double-quote character (which I correctly escape as \" ) then when you edit the product directly in Cin7 the product name has the double quote replaced with the text “"”.  Can this be rectified?
