Inventory Policy Control at Product Level - for Shopify

In the current Shopify integration settings, the "Inventory Policy" is applied globally across all products. We would like the ability to control this setting at the individual product level.

Our Shopify store features a mix of products — some are supplied externally (we don’t hold stock for these and they should remain available for purchase even when out of stock), while others are our own stock-managed products (these must not be sold when inventory reaches zero). A global inventory policy doesn’t accommodate these different requirements, so per-product control would greatly improve inventory accuracy and customer experience.
