B2B - Cart saved by user not by device
We find a lot of our customers use multiple devices to place orders, if they have a order in the cart it saves only to the device they are working on, not to their account.
The issue occurring is when our customers are working from home and placing items in their cart, when they get to work the next day and are on the work devices, their cart is not saved based on the user, it's saved on their other device.
