B2B - Portal Orders needing refreshing
Is anyone else having an issue that the CRM data is not pulling the the “New Portal Order” when is coems though to the sales dashboard?
All of our customised CRM features do not pull to a sales order if the order was placed though the portal, we are required to refresh the customer every time for this data to pull though.
It seems like an extra step that is unnecessary and is just another clunk in our process.
If we are placing a order manually in the backend, the data pulls correctly.
