Ability to have a Spend and Save Promotion type in POS & Backend

Hi,

It would be great if the POS and Backend had the ability to have a Spend & Save promotion type: ie spend $250 and get $50 off and then have the choice of multiple tiers as well.

It seems to already be available in the B2B promotions module, so not sure why it would not be an option for POS and Backend??
