Just to elaborate on this feature request. Your request is to edit existing sizes, right? (eg: S to Small). Yes, it's not possible. You can edit it, but stock that you have received previously under old sizes will get orphaned. It's a huge flaw in the system with consequences if someone edits the Sizes.
If your request is to add new sizes to the existing range, that is possible, under settings→Products→Sku Ranges.

We currently have size ranges that are holding incorrect information we would like to edit out rather than have to create a whole new size range and update all affected sku's. No stock has ever been assigned to the incorrect values, they are extras that were added and now cannot be removed. Thanks for your comment though.

Sizes cannot be added to an existing size range once created. In fact, a size range cannot be changed at all.
This feature is definitely needed.
