Auto Bot for All Documents!

We are currently using the auto bot for invoicing customers. However, why can't this automation be expanded to other areas? CIN7 said this is only available for sales templates but there are other aspects of the sales cycle that could benefit from automation like sending packing lists to the customer's receiving department or the order confirmation to the customer's purchaser. Currently there is only 1 field that emails can be sent to and its the customer's AP contact. This seems like a no brainer to expand in order to help the process flow of a company's administrative tasks.
