Taxable and non-taxable line items on same sales order
We are required to charge sales tax on some, but not all, of the products we sell. This is very easy to set up in Shopify and Xero/Quickbooks; however, Cin7 lacks the ability to do this - we cannot make specific line items taxable or non-taxable on a single Cin7 sales order (must be the entire sales order). Asking for the ability to set taxable status on a line item basis on a single sales order. Thanks!

Hi there,
Is this for manually created orders in Cin7? If yes, you should be able to allocate the specific Tax rate on a line item level under the “Accounts” column. As seen below, the order level is set to “Tax Excl” but the Tax in the whole order is only $15 (15%) from the first line item.
