Ability to place B2B orders on behalf of customers
Hi,
I'd like to suggest the ability for users of Cin7 Omni to be able to log in to the B2B Portal and place orders on behalf of a customer. That is, to be able to have it recognise the user is a back end Cin7 user not just a portal user and allow the selection of the Customer Account on which the order is to be placed.

Agreed - a similar enhancement request was logged in the old support forum.
We'd also like our Agents to be able to order for their customers - using the one agent email. And be ablew to cc our Agents when inviting users to the new B2B - especially existing users - as we can no longer update the customer password in CRM, we now need customers to share their password with agents or us…
Agreed. This was raised many times when the new B2B was launched. We were told it wasn't in plan but it's a key feature that wasn't carried over from the legacy B2B
We have started to use B2B for internal accounts eg Gifting, Samples, Warranty that do not require a pre-payment and need to be picked immediately. Thius is really useful and saves emails, chats etc, empowering team members to log onto B2B to enter their orders. However we can only have one email per internal account… it would be good to have more than one email acces an account.
Similarly a Buyers Assistant, Buying Manager or Planner, or owner might want to log onto the same account. We also have customers with several stores where one email might access several accounts.

We’re interested in this. Being able to place B2B orders on behalf of our customers would be really helpful. It would make things much smoother for everyone, there are so many situations where having this option is a lifesaver and helps secure the sale at the right time.
Has there been any updates on this? We would like this feature too
