How to Automatically Sync Custom Field Values Between CIN7 Omni and Shopify

Can anyone tell me how to map the custom field values between CIN7 Omni and Shopify? For example, if a value is added in the custom field in CIN7 Omni, how can it automatically show up in Shopify? How can we implement this feature?
