B2B Promo Matrix - show sale price on category view and listing.

Legacy B2B showed sale prices whereas new B2B promo matrix only shows the sale price when you add a unit.

You have to select the dropdown to see the promo name but only when you add 1 unit do you see the actual price

If you have products on sale and a promo for total order value - eg spend over $1k and get an additional 5% off - you get the red promo flag in all products. I think customers will find it frustrating… 

Our goal for 2025 is to increase average order value $ (we can't raise pricing, and our COGS are increasing). For Promos like this, could we have a banner on each page rather than the red Promo Flag?
