Sharon here from Beyond Expectations (we are a Partner of Cin7).
With admin access you can activate the stages in Branch Transfers. Go to: Settings/Stock Management/Branch Transfer Settings and then at the top create your stages.
They show like they do in Purchase Orders - in the admin page and a strip on the main screen, just not in the columns like they do in Sales Orders but you can still tag and sort by the Stages.
