Customize POS Email Receipt
Currently, when we process a sale in the POS, customers receive their receipt embedded directly in the email. We would like the ability to customize this email and provide customers with the option to download the receipt as a PDF, rather than taking a screenshot.

Yes I agree, but we need to be able to send an invoice, not a receipt. Either give us the functionality to send either receipt or invoice by PDF from the email receipt screen, or take us to the admin screen when finalising the sale the same as it does in the backend so that we can send the invoice without having to navigate all the way through the List Sales screen, and find the sale again before we can send the invoice.
We agree with all the above. It would be a lot more efficient for our sales team if the function was improved as mentioned above.
