PO reference number not syncing from Woocom to Cin7 Answered

Hi there, When a customer makes an order through our website (Woocom) and puts their reference number in, it isn't pulling through to cin7, so we are having to manually put the reference number into the "customer PO no" section. I have asked your team to fix this however they have said it cant be done. It would be great if this is something that you could fix in the future as it is required for invoicing purposes, and we are having to spend time doing this ourselves. Thank you.

    Thank you for raising this idea.  While PO numbers are not currently available in our Woo integration, I want to assure you that it is something we'll need to consider and prioritise.

    We appreciate all your input and will keep you updated on our progress.

    Please add this as a feature! A large number of my customers require POs on their orders and, currently being a manual process, this is a time-waster; this is a feature I would love to see - thank you!

    100% agree, I was actually quite shocked this not already available. I would have thought carrying PO's to be required feature from initial integration of information across these 2 platforms.
