B2B gowing backwards

Why is the “new” B2b not allowing users to work on orders on different devices. It should be a cloud based system, its 2024 and this seems like something that is so obvious to all of us here as well as all of our customers.

To go on with that we work through our customers order with them so not being able to see their orders while we they are working on them ( like we could in the Legacy B2B). This is going backwards which is silly.
