Capability to offer different product categories to B2B stores within one account

Hi, We have two B2B stores, but are unable to offer different categories for each store. For example I have no need to offer a tanks category on our Winter B2B. The only option now is to “show” or “hide”. I'd like the option to show on one B2B or the other or none at all.
